Need to Sign Utah Documents While You're in Oregon?
We help people in the Portland area who need to sign Utah paperwork here, such as a deed for Utah property, an affidavit for a Utah court, or documents for a relative’s estate in Utah.
How It Works
- Notarizing here: an Oregon notary can notarize your signature on a Utah document. If the form has Utah-specific certificate wording that doesn’t fit, we attach an Oregon certificate. Check with whoever sent you the document that it will be accepted.
- Apostilles: a document notarized in Oregon gets its apostille from the Oregon Secretary of State. A Utah-issued record, such as a Utah birth or marriage certificate, gets its apostille from the Utah Lieutenant Governor’s office. We can coordinate either.
Price
$10 per notarial act in our offices, or a mobile visit from $70 for the first 10 miles, plus $2 per mile after that. Apostilles are quoted.
