Hillsboro is home base for us. Our office is at 9620 NE Tanasbourne Dr, Suite 38, and we send mobile notaries across Hillsboro, from Tanasbourne and Orenco to downtown near the Washington County courthouse.
Hillsboro’s tech and manufacturing employers hire a lot of remote and out-of-area staff. We act as an authorized representative for Form I-9 identity checks at $50 per employee, at our office or at your site. We can also notarize vendor agreements, corporate resolutions and affidavits for your HR or legal team on site.
Yes. Group visits for I-9s or multiple signers can be booked as one appointment. Ask for a quote.
Please book or text +1 971-514-3743 first, so a notary is there when you arrive.

Hillsboro is the seat of Washington County, so a lot of our visits here involve a hospital, the courthouse or the county jail as well as homes and workplaces.
Hillsboro Medical Center, 335 SE 8th Ave. The downtown hospital, formerly known as Tuality. Families most often need powers of attorney and advance directives signed before a discharge or a procedure.
Kaiser Permanente Westside Medical Center, 2875 NE Stucki Ave. Kaiser’s hospital is in the Tanasbourne area, a short drive from our office. The notary comes to the bedside, checks ID there and completes the notarization in the room.
Washington County Courthouse, 145 NE 2nd Ave, and the Justice Services Building, 150 N 1st Ave. If you have a filing deadline and need an affidavit or sworn statement notarized first, we can meet you nearby ahead of your court time.
Washington County Jail, 215 SW Adams Ave. See the section below.
Downtown Hillsboro, Orenco, Tanasbourne, AmberGlen, South Hillsboro, Reed’s Crossing, Witch Hazel, Quatama and Reedville, in ZIP codes 97123, 97124 and 97129. From our office, downtown Hillsboro is about 6 miles.
A person held in the county jail usually has no driver license or passport on hand. Oregon law allows a notary to identify someone confined in a correctional facility through official government records (ORS 194.240), so missing ID does not by itself stop the signing.
Access is controlled by the jail, not by us. Whoever is arranging the visit should contact the Sheriff’s Office first to ask how a notary visit is scheduled and how the document reaches the signer. The person signing must understand the document and be able to speak with the notary directly. We do not choose or prepare documents, so have the paperwork ready before booking.
Yes. In the office there is no travel fee, only the $10 notarial fee per notarial act, which is the most Oregon law allows. Mobile visits make sense when the signer cannot travel or the hour is late.
Yes, by appointment. Tell us your court time when you call so the notary can plan to be there early. We notarize your signature; we cannot tell you which form the court requires.
Mobile notaries are available around the clock. Check with the nursing station about visitor rules for the unit, and make sure the patient’s ID is in the room.
