Cornelius is a city in Washington County. Pac Signing Notary serves it from the Hillsboro office at 9620 NE Tanasbourne Dr, Suite 38, about 9.5 miles from town and roughly 22 minutes without traffic. Mobile notaries are on call at all hours and often come the same day.
Cornelius is a residential city. It does not have a hospital or a county courthouse. The city offices are at 1355 N Barlow St, and the Cornelius Public Library is at 1370 N Adair St.
Most appointments are in people’s homes: a family signing a power of attorney for a parent, a seller signing over a vehicle title, a couple closing on a refinance after work. We also visit businesses for contracts and employee paperwork.
The city runs its own municipal court. If you have been asked to bring a notarized statement, we can notarize your signature beforehand. Which statement the court wants is a question for the court.
All Cornelius addresses and the farm roads just outside town. ZIP code 97113.
Cornelius kids go to two different school districts. Can you notarize school and travel forms for either?
Yes. The district does not matter to us. Bring the form unsigned and the ID of each adult who will sign.
How far ahead should I call for an evening visit in Cornelius?
As early in the day as you can. The drive from Tanasbourne is roughly 22 minutes without traffic and longer at rush hour, so a few hours of notice makes same-day visits easier to fit in.
Can the notary meet me at the library?
We can meet at a public place you choose. Check with library staff first about using a table, or we can meet outside.
