Notary and Apostille Requirements

Before your appointment, check what you need to bring so your documents can be notarized or apostilled on the first visit. Pac Signing Notary serves the Portland metro area and Vancouver, WA. Mobile service is available anytime; office visits are before 5:00 pm.

What to bring

Every signer must show valid, unexpired photo identification with a photo, a physical description, a signature and a serial number. Bring the complete, unsigned document.

Proof of identity

Notarization requirements

The signer must have photo ID that covers the name shown on the document, be present in person and understand what they are signing.
