When a foreign employer or consulate asks for a background check, the first thing to settle is which one: an FBI check or an Oregon State Police check. They are apostilled by different offices. Pac Signing Notary takes fingerprints at our Hillsboro office, minutes from Aloha, and files whichever one you need. See our full Oregon apostille service.
