Fairview is a city of about 10,400 people in Multnomah County, between Gresham to the south and Troutdale to the east. The closest Pac Signing office is 201 NE Park Plaza, Suite 221, Vancouver, WA 98684, about 15 miles away, roughly 24 minutes without traffic.
Fairview has no hospital, courthouse or jail of its own, so nearly every visit here is to a private home or a place of work.
Places people use as landmarks when they book: Fairview City Hall at 1300 NE Village St and Blue Lake Regional Park at 21224 NE Blue Lake Road. We can also meet you at a workplace if the employer allows it.
If a relative from Fairview is in hospital, that will usually mean a visit in a neighboring city, and we handle those too.
Fairview’s ZIP code is 97024, and we cover all of it. The city does not publish a list of named neighborhoods. Give us your street address and we will confirm the travel fee on the phone.
Oregon caps the notarial fee at $10 per notarized signature (ORS 194.400). Our travel fee starts at $70 for the first 10 miles, plus $2 per mile after that, and is agreed with you before the notary travels. Example: one signature at an Oregon address near an office is $80.
Two people signing the same document counts as two signatures.
Our base for Fairview is in Washington, which raises a fair question: can that notary act at an Oregon address? Only with an Oregon commission. Ours have one. Each Pac Signing notary is commissioned in Oregon and in Washington, and the Oregon commission is the one used in Fairview. Your certificate will name Oregon and Multnomah County as the place of signing.
Can you meet me at Blue Lake Regional Park or another public place?
Yes, if there is somewhere to sit, write and check ID in reasonable privacy. Park hours change by season, so pick a time when it is open.
Does it matter that Fairview is small?
Not for booking. Mobile notaries are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and a same-day slot is often open.
Phone (971) 394-4152 with your Fairview address, or reserve a time at https://www.pacsigning.com/appointment/.
