Aloha is an unincorporated community in Washington County, between Beaverton and Hillsboro. The closest Pac Signing Notary office is the Hillsboro one at 9620 NE Tanasbourne Dr, Suite 38, about 4 miles away and roughly 8 minutes without traffic. Our Beaverton office on NW Bethany Blvd is almost as close.
Typical requests are car title and bill-of-sale signatures, parental consent letters for a child’s travel, powers of attorney for an older relative living with family, and loan or refinance packages signed at home in the evening.
If you would rather meet somewhere public, a well-known spot is the Aloha Community Library at 17455 SW Farmington Rd. We can meet you in the parking area there or at a nearby coffee shop. Ask the library before planning to sign inside, since it is their space.
For residents who are in the hospital, the two nearest are both in Hillsboro: Kaiser Permanente Westside Medical Center on NE Stucki Ave and Hillsboro Medical Center on SE 8th Ave.
Aloha is one of the shortest drives we make, so quotes here tend to sit at the low end of our travel range.
Because Aloha is not a city, there is no city hall or municipal court. County business is handled in Hillsboro, the county seat, where the Washington County Courthouse stands at 145 NE 2nd Ave.
That matters for notary work in a small way. Some people get their paper notarized at home in Aloha and then take or mail it to a county office in Hillsboro. If your document has a deadline at the courthouse, tell us the date when you call and we will try to schedule the visit ahead of it. We cannot advise on which form an office wants; ask that office or an attorney.
Which office sends the notary to Aloha?
Usually Hillsboro, since the Tanasbourne office is the nearest. Every Pac Signing notary holds both an Oregon and a Washington commission, so whoever comes can notarize at your Aloha address.
Can I come to you instead?
Yes. The Tanasbourne office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm, with no travel fee. For an 8-minute drive, plenty of Aloha residents choose that.
